Use of the Service
PrintEasy3D provides a workflow for submitting 3D model files or Thingiverse links, configuring print selections, receiving a quote, and purchasing custom printed items for shipment. By using the site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility and Orders
- You must provide accurate contact, shipping, and order information.
- You may place orders without creating a formal user account, but you remain responsible for all submitted information and purchases.
- Quotes, pricing, and availability may change before checkout or if an order cannot be processed as submitted.
Your Files, Models, and Permissions
You are responsible for ensuring that you own, control, or otherwise have sufficient rights to upload, link to, submit, reproduce, and request printing of any model, file, design, image, or related content.
- You may not submit content that infringes another party's intellectual property or other rights.
- You may not submit illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited content.
- You retain ownership of your submitted content, but you grant PrintEasy3D and its service providers a limited license to host, copy, process, manufacture, and use that content solely to provide quotes, fulfill orders, support customers, and maintain business records.
- If you submit a Thingiverse link or any third-party model source, you remain responsible for confirming that the design can lawfully be used for the requested print and fulfillment purposes.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the site to upload malware, abusive content, misleading data, or files intended to disrupt the service.
- Do not attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization.
- Do not misuse quotes, checkout flows, or automated requests in ways that interfere with normal site operation.
- We may reject, remove, or refuse to process content or orders that appear to violate these Terms or create legal, safety, or operational risk.
Pricing and Payment
Payment is processed through Stripe Checkout. You agree to pay the quoted price presented at checkout, including any shipping or other disclosed charges. Orders are not considered complete until payment is successfully processed.
Production, Fulfillment, and Shipping
- Production and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Print output may vary from digital previews due to material behavior, print orientation, layer lines, tolerances, support marks, finish variation, and color differences.
- You are responsible for reviewing your submitted files and print selections before completing checkout.
- We may rely on third-party providers to quote, manufacture, process, or ship your order.
Cancellations, Returns, and Remedies
Because items are custom manufactured, orders may not be cancelable once production has started. Custom printed goods are generally not returnable simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the item.
- If an order arrives damaged, materially defective, or materially different from what was ordered, the available remedy may include a reprint, refund, replacement, or another reasonable resolution.
- Any request for a remedy should be made promptly after delivery and should include enough information to review the issue.
- We may decline requests based on user-submitted design flaws, unsupported use cases, or conditions outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimers
- The service and all printed goods are provided on an as-available basis, subject to the limits of custom manufacturing and third-party services.
- We do not guarantee that every submitted file is printable, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or suitable for safety-critical, medical, aerospace, automotive, structural, or other high-risk applications.
- You are responsible for evaluating whether a printed part is appropriate for your intended use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintEasy3D will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the service or custom printed goods. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the site, pricing, features, providers, or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after updated Terms are posted indicates acceptance of the revised Terms for future use.
